脱水、寝不足、低血糖

今朝は寝不足。
在宅勤務だったので、昼休みはジャージに着替えて近所に走りに行った
ところが走っている途中で体(特に脚)に力が入らなくなり、仕方なく歩きに切り替える。
喉の渇きがひどく、これは脱水症状の一環かと思って帰宅して水とプロテインを飲む。

Yesterday I went to bed so late.
Since I worked from home today, during the lunch break I changed into a tracksuit and ran around the neighborhood
However, during running, my body (especially my legs) became weak, and I had no choice but to switch to walking.
I was thirsty, and I thought this is part of dehydration, so I went home and drank water and protein urgently.
   
すると昼休み明けからしばらくして、酷い眠気。
しかし頭に血が上っていて全く眠れず。さらに脂汗が同時に出てきだした。
何故今日はこんなに体調が悪いのかと釈然としない思いで仕事を終えつつ、
よくよく考えてみるとこの症状は飯を一日抜いたときにおこる低血糖の症状そのもの。昼休み運動したのは良いが、食事を取っている時間がなくプロテインしか飲まなかったことが要因と気付いた。
"腹が減った"という感覚を殆ど感じないのも考え物だ。

After for a while from lunch break, I was very tired.
But I can't sleep at all because I felt excited(←これにはイマイチ納得してない).
Furthermore, cold sweat came out at the same time.
While finishing my work today, I wasn't sure why I was so sick.
But on second thought, I found that this symptom is the typical symptom of hypoglycemia that occurs when I skip meals for a day. It's good to exercise during the lunch break, but I had no time to eat and only took protein.
It is doubtful whether it is good to not feel the feeling "hungry".
