岐阜県は年間12万トンの米を生産しています。
中でも、ムジカの工場がある西美濃(岐阜県南西部)はとくに米作の盛んなエリア。
岐阜県というと山がちなイメージですが、
ムジカの工場は標高わずか3.1m。
周囲には田畑が広がります。
岐阜には「はつしも」というお米があります。
私も毎日食べていますが、岐阜県のみで生産されているお米です。
名前の由来は霜が降りる頃に収穫をするからだそうで
全国的にも、最も収穫の遅い品種です。
今はまだ青々としています。

It is because the origin of a name gathers a harvest at the time of the first frost.
It is a kind with the slowest harvest in rice.
Now, the field is still in vivid green.
