Above is another useful map of the ferry routes in the Philippines. This is actually very similar to my own ferry maps in terms of presentation and concept.
However, my own maps are more user friendly because lines and markers are all clickable and contain further information. In other aspects, this URL is very useful.
Also, there is wrong infromation with Aleson. The direct route from Zamboanga to Sandakan in northern Borneo is closed at the moment and so is the hopping route along the chain of island. In any event this hopping route had been notorious for Islamic violence and nobody with proper mind would have dreamt of approaching this area.
Aleson also used to operate the route between General Santos in Mindanao and Bitun in northern tip of Sulawesi. They no longer run this route. I personally went there in July last year (2016) and checked it all out at the tourist office in General Santos.
I would recommend you to use my maps, but again this is also useful in that you get an overall view of all the lines currently operational in the Philippines.
