まず自民党が日本国憲法改正草案（以降、改憲案）*2を作成した日を確認してみる。
そもそも、政権を取っている自民党が改正草案を完成させていたのを
知らずにいたのは恥ずべきことである。ことは深く静かに決まっていたのだ。
平成二十四年四月二十七日(決定)・・・2012年
今年2016年であるのでかれこれ４年前である。

現行日本国憲法は青字で示す。

憲法改正草案 前文）
日本国は、長い歴史と固有の文化を持ち、国統合の象徴である天皇を戴いただく国家であって、国民主権の下、立法、行政及び司法の三権分立に基づいて統治される。
我が国は、先の大戦による荒廃や幾多の大災害を乗り越えて発展し、今や国際社会において重要な地位を占めており、平和主義の下、諸外国との友好関係を増進し、世界の平和と繁栄に貢献する。
日本国民は、国と郷土を誇りと気概を持って自ら守り、基本的人権を尊重するとともに、和を尊び、家族や社会全体が互いに助け合って国家を形成する。
我々は、自由と規律を重んじ、美しい国土と自然環境を守りつつ、教育や科学技術を振興し、活力ある経済活動を通じて国を成長させる。
日本国民は、良き伝統と我々の国家を末永く子孫に継承するため、ここに、この憲法を制定する

日本国民は、正当に選挙された国会における代表者を通じて行動し、われらとわれらの子孫のために、諸国民との協和による成果と、わが国全土にわたつて自由のもたらす恵沢を確保し、政府の行為によつて再び戦争の惨禍が起ることのないやうにすることを決意し、ここに主権が国民に存することを宣言し、この憲法を確定する。
そもそも国政は、国民の厳粛な信託によるものであつて、その権威は国民に由来し、その権力は国民の代表者がこれを行使し、その福利は国民がこれを享受する。
これは人類普遍の原理であり、この憲法は、かかる原理に基くものである。
われらは、これに反する一切の憲法、法令及び詔勅を排除する。
日本国民は、恒久の平和を念願し、人間相互の関係を支配する崇高な理想を深く自覚するのであつて、平和を愛する諸国民の公正と信義に信頼して、われらの安全と生存を保持しようと決意した。
われらは、平和を維持し、専制と隷従、圧迫と偏狭を地上から永遠に除去しようと努めてゐる国際社会において、名誉ある地位を占めたいと思ふ。
われらは、全世界の国民が、ひとしく恐怖と欠乏から免かれ、平和のうちに生存する権利を有することを確認する。われらは、いづれの国家も、自国のことのみに専念して他国を無視してはならないのであつて、政治道徳の法則は、普遍的なものであり、この法則に従ふことは、自国の主権を維持し、他国と対等関係に立たうとする各国の責務であると信ずる。
日本国民は、国家の名誉にかけ、全力をあげてこの崇高な理想と目的を達成することを誓ふ。

現行憲法を直す必要があるのだろうか？自民党会見草案が現行憲法より優れているのであろうか。

Our nation has overcome and developed from the ruins of the Second World War and a number of catastrophes and now currently holds a prominent position in the global community, promoting friendlier relations and contributing to the peace and prosperity of the world through pacifism.
We, the Japanese people, protect our own country and tradition with pride and spirit, respect fundamental human rights, along with treasuring conformity, and formed this nation by families and communities helping each other.
We, the people, respect freedom and discipline, protect our beautiful land and natural environment as we promote education and technology, and develop the country through economic activities. We, the Japanese people, in order to transmit good tradition and our nation to posterity for many years to come, herein, establish this constitution.

We, the japanese people, acting through our duly elected representatives in the national diet, determined that we shall secure for ourselves and our posterity the fruits of peaceful cooperation with all nations and the blessings of liberty throughout this land, and resolved that never again shall we be visited with the horrors of war through the action of government, do proclaim that sovereign power resides with the people and do firmly establish this constitution. government is a sacred trust of the people, the authority for which is derived from the people, The powers of which are exercised by the representatives of the people, and the benefits of which are enjoyed by the people. this is a universal principle of mankind upon which this constitution is founded. we reject and revoke all constitutions, laws, ordinances, and rescripts in conflict herewith.
We, the japanese people, desire peace for all time and are deeply conscious of the high ideals controlling human relationship, and we have determined to preserve our security and existence, trusting in the justice and faith of the peace-loving peoples of the world. we desire to occupy an honored place in an international society striving for the preservation of peace, and the banishment of tyranny and slavery, oppression and intolerance for all time from the earth. we recognize that all peoples of the world have the right to live in peace, free from fear and want.
We believe that no nation is responsible to itself alone, but that laws of political morality are universal; and that obedience to such laws is incumbent upon all nations who would sustain their own sovereignty and justify their sovereign relationship with other nations.
