投宿した鶴の湯、乳頭温泉郷、秋田
木造かやぶきの建物が絵心を誘う。
混浴露天風呂からの眺めだが、
沢筋にはまだ雪が残る
湯に浸かりながらのスケッチは悦楽
流石に彩色は後からだが・・・

乳頭温泉郷の黒湯温泉
渓筋に下りて渓流沿いに建つ秘湯
雪の重みで曲がった楓の枝ぶり
やっと芽吹き始めたばかり
"Kuroyu Onsen" at Nyutou Onsengo.(hot spring village)
located along the mountain stream down to the valley
....stand alone..secret hot spring.."Hitou" called in Japan
maple bent under the weight of the snow
just beginning to bud
先週末、出かけた八幡平
雪残り、風強く、まだまだ寒いが
山にも遅い春が来た
秋田と岩手県の県境辺り
・・・右はもっこ岳、左は岩手山
Hachimantai, I went last weekend
snow remain,strong winds ...still cold
Spring came late to the mountain
the border of Akita, Iwate prefecture
right is " Mokkodake ", left.." Mt.Iwate "
付き合いの永いイラストレーター、というより
絵師と言うべきか、中根さんから案内頂いたので
本日行ってきました。
緻密で日本情緒、溢れる中に現代批評とユーモア
が読み取れるシュールな絵・・
少し前、会って話した時、そんなに時間掛かって
ないと言ってたけど、きっとそうではないと思う。
同じ水彩画を描く身だから判る。
ご本人は不在だったが、画廊オーナーの計らいで
携帯で話す・・時間を掛けて見終えた後、隣接のカフェ
にてアルコールを少し頂き、共通の知人の話で
時の経つのも忘れ楽しい時間を過ごせた。

”屋根神さま”と地蔵さまのある路地
スケッチしてる間にも色んな会話がはずむ
写真を撮る人、商店街のイベントでトランペットを
吹いてきたという人、すぐお向かいの人
この”屋根神さま”はこの地域の人の輪番制で
お守りをすると聞く・・良い社会が残る・・いいね。
Roji(alley) with "Yanegami-sama",Jizo-sama.
While i sketch,fun conversations with various people
who have been blowing the trumpet in the event of
shopping mall,take pictures,across the street
I hear "Yanegami-sama",
on a rotating schedule of people to the charm of this area.
Communities remain good.
名古屋駅から東、至近の距離に懐かしい家並みが残る。
円頓寺のすぐ南、路地の突き当たりは子安地蔵、
右の建物には”屋根神”様が祀ってある。
この辺り何度も描いてるが、この路地は初めて。
remain nostalgic streets east of Nagoya Station
,within easy reach.
just south of the "Endoji-Temple",
the end of the alley is "Koyasu-Jizo".

I have drawn this area many times,this alley is the first time.
堀川沿いの材木屋
何度も描いているが、工場が無くなってしまった
......筏が僅かに浮かぶ
lumberyard along the Horikawa
have drawn many times,to have disappeared
only a few floating raft.......
