雑感。誰をオーディエンスにしているのか定かでない「談話」に対して、議会演説においては議員がオーディエンス。だから、演説もまた、オーディエンスを動かし、また受け入れられるものであれば十分の筈。逆に言えば、オーディエンスとして想定されていない人々の要望が反映されないのは当たり前。
