『45-45方式？？vol.2』の続きです。

試作品の展開図を書きました。

ムジカでは、板金図、プリント基板、回路図等すべてCADですが、

今回は趣味なので手書きにしました。

２つの部品からできています。

板金①が前側、②が後になります。

この２つは４本のネジで合体させます。

②は上下に隙間があります。

上側の隙間はスピーカーターミナルがあたらないように、

下側の隙間はケーブル用です。

これを２セット作ることにします。

The drawing of the trial product was drawn.

In MUSICA, a chassis, a PC board, a circuit diagram, etc. use CAD altogether.

Since this is a hobby, it is handwriting.

It consists of two parts.

No.1: front side

No.2: rear

These two parts unite with four screws.

No.2 has a slit up and down.

There is an upper slit in order to avoid a speaker terminal.

There is a lower slit in order to avoid a cable.

I manufacture these two sets.

『45-45方式？？vol.2』の続きですが、まったくの余談です。

私は試作品を作る前に紙で模型を作ることが多いのですが、

それは子供の頃から工作が大好きだからです。

（オーディオとはまったく関係ありませんが・・・）

This is just an aside.

I make a model from paper, before making a trial product.

I like a papercraft for about 40 years.

(It is not related to an audio. )

It is making from the milk carton or the PET bottle.

These were made from my son's request.

『45-45方式？？』の続きです。

試作の図面を書く前に紙で模型を作りました。

はじめに、２つの形のどちらが安定しているかを確認しました。



これは圧倒的に右側が安定しています。

しかし、いまひとつ。

そこで、折り曲げることで強度を増してみます。

いくつか作り直して最終的にはこの形になりました。



これは丈夫です。

A paper model is made before drawing the drawing of a trial production.

First, they check which is stable.



Right-hand side is stable.

However, it is not perfect.

It bends and increases intensity.

Some were remade.

Eventually, it became this form.



This is stable.

『スピーカーを発表！3』で

一般的なスピーカーを上方４５度に向けて設置する実験をしました。

この方式の独特な音場にはたくさんの反響をいただきました。

ありがとうございました。

実験では箱を使って傾けたのですが、



このまま使い続ける訳にもいきませんので

スピーカースタンドを試作することにしました。

２．３ｍｍの分厚い鉄板を２つに折り曲げたような形状です。

これなら色々なスピーカーでテストができそうです。

経過を、ここでご報告していきたいと思います。

The experiment which installs an ordinary speaker at 45 angles by "speaker is announced! 3" was conducted.

In the special sound stage of this system, I received much opinion.

Thank you.

In the experiment, it leaned using the box.

Since it was not able to continue using, it decided to manufacture a speaker stand.

It is the form which bent a 2.3mm thick griddle.

If it completes, a test will be made with various speakers.

It will report on progress here.

スピーカーネットワークのお仕事4

evo4のページも合わせてご参照ください。

前回の続きです。

evo4ではスピーカーネットワークに

・低域と高域を分ける（本来の機能）

・トータル周波数特性のフラット化

・インピーダンス特性のフラット化

という３つの機能をもたせることで

パワーアンプにとってドライブし易いスピーカーシステムを

作り上げました。

現在当社の試聴室では

同時に発表した30Wのプリメインアンプint30sと組み合わせてデモしています。

12畳程の広さですが十分に鳴っています。



Work of a speaker network vol.4

Please refer to "evo4".

It is the last continuation.

Three functions were given to the speaker network in evo4.

1.Divide low frequency and high frequency (original function).

2.Flattening of a total frequency characteristic

3.Flattening of an impedance characteristic

These functions made the speaker system with easy power amplifier controlling.

In combination with new product int30s,

it is demonstrating in the audition room of our company now.

(int30s is the integrated amplifier of 30W)

It is about 20-square meter width.

It is sufficient volume.
