今日は海の公園へ。
ここは木も大きくなって日影の下のテーブルもあるからね。
平日の人の少ない夕方、公園でのんびりＢＢＱしました。
人数も少なかったので、今回はテーブルとコンロだけをお借りしました。
最近、ＢＢＱする事や見る事が多かったので、
炭に火をつける作業も我ながら鮮やか。ふっふっふ。
お肉や野菜もきちんとカットしてタッパーにこれまたきちんとつめて。
おにぎりも、小さくにぎってつめて。
焼き肉のたれも今回は手作りだよ～。
取り皿は紙だと飛んじゃうのでＩＫＥＡのプラスチックのお皿。
いつもだと、食材セットで頼んじゃう事も多いけど、
こうやって自分で用意してくるのはゴミもほとんどでないし、
おいしいし、量も多すぎたり、少なすぎたりしなくていいね。
野菜もたっぷりで、めずらしくヘルシーな感じのＢＢＱでありました。
天気も暑すぎず、寒すぎず、気持ちよかった。
１９時の終了時にもまだ明るくてベストシーズンだったかもね。
食べ終わったあとも、鉄板をとって
真っ赤な炭とマシュマロ焼いている子供見てぼーっとしていました。
は～。またこようっと。
夜のＢＢＱ気に入っちゃった。
I think I don’t remember any memories of a relaxing BBQ. Usually it’s noisy, and crowded, so, for me, BBQ is always a kind of a party, a kind of drinking party.
But this time was different. We could see few big university student BBQ parties over there. The park people kindly told us we could choose anywhere because today is empty. So we found a nice quiet place under a tree and where we could see the sea. We started to light the charcoal and waiting for the fire to grow big enough. Everything was slow and comfortable. Though I wish I’d got some coffee. We enjoyed our BBQ while the sun was setting. This time I used my brain to prepare the food for today. It was much nicer and amazingly easier. Even the garbage was just a very small mount, which we could easily take back home.
