日本に帰国して１ヵ月弱。今日から仕事開始です。前職はSE。今回は、なんとデザイン会社。もともとパソコンオペレータというデータ入力の仕事で面接に行ったものの、「デザインの方をやってみない？」と社長に言われ、「デザインは全くの未経験者ですが。。」と答えた私に対し、「大丈夫」と、一言。「うーん、おもしろそうだな。」と思ってそのまま受けることにしました。元々、新しい分野を始めるのが好きな私。未経験というのを隠してもごまかしてもなく、嘘偽りなく「初心者」！と言い切って採用してもらえたのだから、気持ちは楽ではあった。前職のときも、文系出身で右も左もわからず最初は苦労したなあ、と思い出す。入社したばかりの頃、上司の一人がこう言った。「確かに、SEは文系出身で知識がなくても大丈夫。だけど、（理系の人の）倍以上の努力は必要」。その言葉があったから、「なんとかなるさー」の精神じゃなく、ホントに理系出身の人の何倍も努力した（と思う）。きっと、今回もそうなんだろうな、と思う。デザイン分野の勉強をしてきた人に対して、ゼロの私はかなりの勉強が必要だろう。大学を卒業して６年ほど。また一から新分野の知識、スキルの習得に、忙しくなりそうだ。

It has pasted for almost a month. I began to work for design company today. I had worked as system engineer for a half and 4 years before I went to NZ. This is the first time I do design ,so I haven't used software of design. I applied for a operator ,actually but when I interviewed with a boss of that company, he suggested me that I do design instead of that. Although I asked him that I had no experience, he said "No problem!".That's why I began to work this kind of job even though I haven't worked for it before.
I remember....I had no experience either when I began to work as SE. but I heard from someone that it was ok if you don't have any knowledge.and then I asked one of my boss about that.He said to me...."Yes, it is but you need to make effort much more than coworker who has knowledge." After that, I studied ,learned and worked harder than them (I think). This time is same as before. I need some effort and it will be busy day.....
