Dear customers.

At my hotel "Izutsuya",Matsuo Basho stayed for two nights.

This building was built in the Meiji period and we are still doing a hotel and cafe.

In one day , only one group can stay in this hotel.

We accept people who are by themselves.

For one  night(including breakfast in the morning) the payment is ￥６３００.

In the bathroom we only have a shower available.

We advise to use the Senami Onsen.(We are offering ￥３００　tickets)

We will take you to the Senami Onsen and pick you up at the desired time.

今日も暑い日でした。

お客様に少しでも涼を感じていただこうと

涼やかメニューを考えました。

今まではネーミングでどんな品物かわかるように

直球ネーミングが多かったのですが、

俳聖芭蕉ゆかりの店なのですから、

遊び心や趣のあるネーミングにしてみようと思いました。

芭蕉全句集をひっぱりだしたところ、

胸に響くような句がたくさんありました。

中でも『蛸壺や　はかなき夢を　夏の月』が一番のお気に入り。

この句にぴったりの甘味・・・考えてみますね。
