え？ビスコッティばっかりだって？
なんでだろう。
クッキーは好きでないんだけれど、
コーヒーや紅茶にそえられたビスコッティは好きなんだなぁ。

I don’t like cookies. I don’t like dry food. But the interesting thing is, I like Biscotti. Maybe I like hard food like Osenbe? Soon, I have to make some cakes for my son’s school bazaar. I wonder which cake I should make. Something easy to carry, easy to cut, easy to make. I’m hoping something I can make the night before. It is quite stressful for me to make cake in the early morning, and not to have any mistake. Imagine, I woke up really early, started to bake cakes, and an hour later I opened the oven, and found out squashed miserable cake? Ooh, horrible.
