Sketches by Hiroshige

I`ve photographed the sumi Sketches by Hiroshige in the album I bought from Japan recently putting them alongside the prints of the same views. I`ve also included some scroll paintings by Hiroshige of the same locations. My feeling is that the sketches are by Hiroshige 2 (Shigenobu). Though he could well have been involved in the drawing of the 1855 upright Tokaido series. So I am not certain if these were rough sketches (Hanshita-e) done prior to the prints, or copies of them made later.
