Pub in England
I’m very tired today. No, not only today. December is the busiest time in every year. And it is coming every year. My calendar is all black, full of the schedule I have to do. New year cards, Christmas cards, a lots of presents I have to choose and prepare. Parties, tax. I have to plan for new years days food before all the shops is going to close. My son’s school has a lot of events this time, too. And my husband is very busy too. Yesterday, my son said his teeth hurt, I have to have reservation for the dentist. There is a no space in my calendar though.
I’m dreaming to go to a pub in England. I want to find seats by the fire. In a warm cozy room. Just chatting for a long time. I can’t drink alcohol, so I will ask for some strange drink to make them in a trouble. Maybe I’m going to order homemade chili to make my tummy happy. Checking the fire even though you don’t have to worried about it. Looking at my husband get another glass of beer which has different colour from the last time. Walking back home in cold wind. All the lights of the houses are switched on. Thinking, can I peek inside. Still talking about nothing. And seriously thinking, shall we go to another pub on the way back home?
Oh, I have to tell you, I’m not English.
