越後湯沢駅ナカ探索

越後湯沢駅で発見した一品。

地元湯沢町の酒蔵である白瀧酒造の日本酒。 すべての製品が米と米こうじだけで作られている。一切のものを足さない、そして引かない。

地元では有名な上善如水だけれども、その中でも2月限定のにごり酒。 コクのある味わいで、新潟県の日本酒に慣れている人には、少し違った味が楽しめる。

これを、燕市のチタンタンブラーで験す。 チタンタンブラーは冷蔵庫でギンギンに冷やして、その中に淡い濁りの上善如水が揺れて、贅沢な一夜となった。

上善如水にごり酒は、これとは少し違いますが、こちらからギフト プレゼント 母の日 家飲み 清酒 純米吟醸 にごりの 上善如水 720ml 1本 白瀧酒造。

A souvenir found at JR Echigo Yuzawa Station, Niigata Pref.  

Sake brewed by Shirataki Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery in Yuzawa Town. All products are made exclusively from rice and rice jiuqu. Brewery never add or pull anything. Although Jozen-Mizunogotoshi is famous locally, it is special one, that is a February-only Nigori sake. It has a rich taste, and people who are accustomed to sake from Niigata Prefecture can enjoy a slightly different taste. Test this with a titanium tumbler made at Tsubame, Niigata. The titanium tumbler was chilled in the refrigerator to GINGIN, and the pale turbid Jozen-Mizunogotoshi shook in it, making it a luxurious night.
