文殊菩薩（知恵の菩薩）
Mañjuśrī, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom
そして、多くの仏の弟子たち
All the Buddha’s disciples
舍利を供養するために
To make offerings to the relics
塔や廟を厳かに飾る
Decorating stupas and shrines solemnly
国の境界が自然に整う
The nation’s boundaries are naturally orderly
稀な卓越が素晴らしくよい
Particularly exquisite and excellent
天界の樹木の王のように
Like the heavenly king of trees
その花が咲き広がる
Its flowers blooming and spreading
仏が一筋の光を放つ
The Buddha emits a single ray of light
私と多くの会衆
Myself and the gathered assembly
この国の境界を見る
Seeing this country and its boundaries
様々に珍しく素晴らしい
Various and particularly marvelous
多くの仏の神秘的な力
The divine powers of many Buddhas
知恵が非常に希少である
Rare and profound wisdom
一筋の清浄な光を放つ
Emitting a single pure light
無量の国を照らす
Illuminating countless lands
私たちはこれを見た
We see this
今までに得たことがない
Gaining something never before attained
仏弟子である文殊菩薩
Manjushri, a disciple of the Buddha
衆生の疑問を晴らすよう願う
Wishing to resolve the doubts of the assembly
四つの集団が喜び仰ぎ見る
The four assemblies joyfully looking up
慈悲深い仏と私を仰ぎ見る
Looking up at the compassionate one and myself
世尊はなぜ
Why does the World-Honored One...
この光明を放つ
Emitting this radiance

文殊菩薩（知恵の菩薩）
Mañjuśrī, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom
そして、また菩薩がいる
There are also Bodhisattvas
仏が涅槃に入った後
After the Buddha's passing
舎利（遺骨、遺物）を供養する
Offering relics in tribute
また仏の弟子を見る
Again seeing the Buddha's disciples
多くの塔や廟を建てる
Constructing many stupas and shrines
ガンジス川の砂ほどの無数に
As countless as Ganges sands
国の境界を厳かに飾る
Adorning the boundaries of the nation
宝塔が高く素晴らしい
The treasure tower is high and exquisite
五千由旬の高さ
Five thousand yojanas
縦も広さも等しい
Equal in height and width
二千由旬の広さ
Two thousand yojanas
一つ一つの塔や廟
Each and every stupa or shrine
各々に千の幢と幡（旗）
Each with a thousand banners
宝珠が交差して垂れる幔（垂れ幕、カーテン）
Drapes adorned with intersecting jewels
宝鈴が調和して美しく鳴る
Treasure bells harmoniously ringing
天、竜の神々
Deities, dragons, and gods
人間と人間以外の存在
Humans and non-humans
香り、花、芸能、音楽
Incense, flowers, music, and performance
常に供養を捧げる
Always making offerings

あるいは菩薩がいる
There may be Bodhisattvas
寂滅の法を説く
Teaching the doctrine of nirvana
様々な教えを説く
Various proclamations of teachings
数えきれない多くの生き物
Countless sentient beings
あるいは菩薩を見る
Sometimes seeing Bodhisattvas
多くの法の性質を観察する
Observing the nature of phenomena
二つの相が無い
Without duality
空のように捉えられない
Like empty space
また仏の弟子を見る
Again seeing the Buddha's disciples
心がどこにも執着しない
A mind free of attachments
この素晴らしい知恵をもって
With this marvelous wisdom
無上の道を求める
Seeking the supreme path

煮物や飲食物を提供する
Offering cooked food and drinks
百種類の湯や薬
A hundred kinds of soups and medicines
仏と僧侶に施しをする
Offering to the Buddha and monks
名高い、上等の衣服
Famous and superior garments
千万の価値がある
Worth thousands and millions
価値がつけられない衣服
Garments of immeasurable value
仏と僧侶に施しをする
Offering to the Buddha and monks
千万億の多種多様なもの
Innumerable varieties
白檀で作られた宝の住まい
Precious sandalwood dwellings
素晴らしい寝具
Excellent sleeping equipment
仏と僧侶に施しをする
Offering to the Buddha and monks
清らかで美しい庭や森林
Pure and serene gardens and forests
花や果実が繁り豊かに実る
Flowers and fruits flourishing abundantly
流れる泉と浴用の池とを
Flowing springs and bathing pools
仏と僧侶に施しをする
Offering to the Buddha and monks
このような様々な施し
Such various offerings
様々で素晴らしい
Various and wonderful
喜びが尽きない
Endless joy
無上の道を求める
Seeking the supreme path

Again seeing the Buddha's disciples
忍辱の力に留まる
Dwelling in the power of patience
増上慢（高慢）な人々
Arrogant and proud people
悪口を言い、殴り打つ
Insults and physical attacks
全てを耐え忍ぶ
Patiently enduring everything
仏道を求めるために
Seeking the Buddha's path
また菩薩を見る
Again seeing Bodhisattvas
多くの戯れや笑いを離れる
Freeing oneself from frivolity and laughter
愚かな仲間や家族を含む
And foolish relatives or companions
賢明な人と親しくする
Associating with wise people
一心で混乱を取り除く
Focusing single-mindedly to remove chaos
心を集中し、山林で修行する
Focusing the mind in mountains and forests
億千萬年の長い時間
Millions and billions of years
仏道を求めるために
Seeking the Buddha's path
