イラク問題は

イラク戦争が大義のない戦争、
非人道的な戦争、
無益な戦争
ということが

今までイラク戦争の大義名分として
延長し続けられてきた「テロ特措法」が、
その法律の存在意義を失いつつ有ります。
そのため、
アフガン戦争に
その存在意義を求めようと、
その視点、論点を切り替え、
（すり替え？）ようとしてきている点にあります。
ブッシュ政権も
それを意識し、
論点、根拠を転換しつつあることは明らかです。
それが、
あのアメリカ大使と小沢代表の会談であった様です。
確かに、
当初アフガン戦争は
、ビンラビンをタリバン政府がかくまったことが
戦争の発端であります。
