『アンミックスド・ステレオ vol.8』の続きです。
パワーアンプやプリアンプのアンミックスド・ステレオ化が
ノイズに対して有効である説明をしてきましたが、
CDやPCオーディオではどうでしょうか。
これらデジタル音源はLch/Rchが１つのデーターになっていますので
アンミックスド・ステレオ化することはできません・・・ということはありません。
CDが普及した当時CDの音質は『硬い』『つめたい』等
不評でした。
そのとき注目されたのが『CDライントランス』でした。
CDのアナログアウトとプリアンプの間に挿入し、
音が『滑らかになる』というものでした。
たしかに滑らかにはなるのですが、
トランス特有のナローレンジはいかんともしがたく
なくなってしまいました。
これは20年前のお話ですが
このトランスを現代の技術で復活することはできないのでしょうか！？

Unmixed stereo cannot be formed?
The sound quality of CD was disrepute -- "it is "hard" and cold" -- once.
"CD line transformer" was popular then.
It inserts between the analog out of CD, and a preamplifier.
Sound became smooth.
Although it became smooth, it was a narrow range peculiar to a transformer.
And it was lost.
This is a talk of 20 years ago.
Can't this transformer be revitalized with modern technology?
