7.5オンスの肉厚なコットンツィルですが、ユーズド加工に依り最初から自然な雰囲気で被って頂けますね。
3年位のエイジングは演出されていると思いますね。
The product is given a used finish after completion, so it has a nice worn-in feel.
It's a thick 7.5 oz cotton twill, but the used finish gives it a natural look right from the start.
I think it has the look of about 3 years of aging.

The seams are also firmly taped, so you can use it toughly.
This taping creates a nice worn-in look when washed.
It feels the same as the selvedge of jeans.
I guess it's an industrial beauty born from tough stitching.
汗止めのバンドもしっかりしたステッチワークに依って裏返ったりすることもなく快適に被って頂けます。
The sweatband is also made with sturdy stitching so it won't turn inside out and you can wear it comfortably.
