最近アメリカの証券会社のリーマン・ブラザーズという会社が経営破たんしたニュースをテレビで流していました。
Recently, there was broad casting program of TV that American securities company " Lehman Brothers" went to liquidation.
テレビでは会社から自分の私物をダンボールに入れて運び出す社員、はたまたこれ幸いとリーマンの社員を採用しようとする人達を放映していました。
TV borad casted the people who carry their personal belongings packed in carton box from the office, or people who want to hire Lehman's staff , taking this opportunity.
なるほど！と苦笑しました。沈みかけたおぼれかけ船にこれ以上、乗ってられないと逃げるアメリカ人。もしこれが日本なら、沈みかかった船にしがみ付いているかもしれません。どちらがいいのでしょう（笑）
Indeed!, I smiled wryly. American people will run away from the sinking ship. If he is Japanese, he stick to sinking ship. I really do not know which is good and which is bad.
日・米の会社に対する違いがはっきり現れていて、申し訳なかったのですが、面白かったですね。日本も一時アメリカンスタイルで業績優先、年功は重視しない考えが多かったのですが、やはり日本は日本で何でもアメリカンスタイルとは行かないようです。
Although it was not nice but very interesting beacuse it clearly express the difference of the way of thinking to the company between US and Japan. In the past, there were many cases in Japan that company prefer performance priority based on American style. However Japan is still Japan and not US and it seems rather difficult to adopt American style completely.
久しぶりに遊びで、英語のブログにしましたが、しんどいですね。（笑）。歳を取ると、無理をせず、気軽に思った事を、文章にするくらいのほうがいいのかも知れません。コメントしてくれる人をあまり意識しすぎて、ブログを書かなければ、書かなければと思うと疲れます。されど継続は力なりですか。
