旅する人荒野へ 390×560mm ED 50 2005年制作
私はまだ砂漠を見た事がありません。
「東京砂漠」は良く知っていますが.....
海も砂漠も死につながる危険があるからこそ
ロマンも生まれるのでしょうが
そこまでしなくともちょっと見てみたいものです。
（もちろん鳥取のではなく.....）
この作品は 玄奘三蔵をイメージして
前回の「旅する人海へ」
に続いて物語る絵を作ってみました。
作っていて非常に楽しい作品でした。

I’ve never been to any desert, while I know well about “Tokyo Desert”
There is the potential for death in the desert as well as the sea,
all the more there might arise a dramatic situation.
Anyway, I want to see one for once (not one in Tottori…)
The character I imagined in this picture is Xuanzuang.
Feeling like narrating, I made this after Sea Fantasy
I really enjoyed producing them.
