ニュージーランドで出会った友人の一人に韓国人のステラがいる。彼女は今、東京で日本語学校に通っていて、先日東京に行ったとき会う機会があった。日本語はかなり上達していて、驚くほどだったが、難しい単語はわからないので、言葉を選びながらの会話だった。そしてゆっくりはっきりとしゃべるように心がけたので、自然と声が大きくなる。カフェで注文するときも、「これはなんですか？」と聞くのでゆっくりはっきり答えていたら、店員さんは、私も日本語ができないと思ったのか、ステラにも私にもゆっくり丁寧に話してくれた（笑）それはともかく、本当にすごいなあと思う。私も第三の外国語を勉強したいと思いながらも、まだ英語と奮闘中。。トホホ

I have a friend who is Korean,Stella,we met NZ before.She studies Japanese at school in Tokyo and I met her when I went there.Her Japanese improves and was quite good.It made me surprised. As she didn't understand any difficult words I needed to choose some easy words and I spoke slowly and clearly, so my voice was getting loudly.When we ordered at cafe, she asked me that what this was. As I answered it clearly, a staff must have thought I couldn't speak Japanese well either she spoke to me slowly same as doing for Stella^^.Anyway, I really think she is great. I still face to English while I also want to study the third language.....the way is long.....long...
