B組の作品です。

 

今日はまたさらに2つの作品を紹介します。

 

S.S.さんの作品『チェックの時計』

交流活動のコメントから

 チェックと色のそのままの組み合わせがかえって印象的です。派手に

し過ぎないところがSさんの性格を表しているようです。

 私は『レトロクロック』と名づけました!

 華やかでSさんらしいな、と思いました。あらゆるところにリボンをかけ

ていることがこの作品の魅力・特徴ですね。私は『夢の花』と名付けまし

た。

A story which moves. (Grade 6) part 2

Work from class B.

 

We had to work hard as there was only 1 hour to finish the work.

There are people who are very concerned with the details in Grade 6 and spent a long time checking and checking the movement.

 Everyone was committed towards their own goal.

 Here are 3 pieces of work.

Ms. KK’s work ‘Honey loving bear’

Colored paper has been put over the split pin so you cannot see the trick.  You can see how it works from the back.

 It is similar to how a pedal trash can opens.

 

Ms. KS’s work ‘Swimming frog’

It has long arms and legs which move. What does the mechanism look like?

It is like the real movement of a frog. You need to use your hands to extend and move the arms and legs. It has a fluid movement.

 

Some people tried to make a sculpture.

Ms. KA’s work ‘The pottery wheel’

It is a very good representation of the potter’s wheel and movement. The pattern of the construction paper shows the design of the wheel very well.

 

The activity was quite difficult to get the movement correct for the model.


A story starts to move (Grade 6)

 Students from class C.

 

We will now try to make a piece of work which can move, and in moving will try to tell a story. It could be like the ‘paku-paku’ from Grade 4, or something new you can think of.

 

Some people tried to devise a complex mechanism, while others used something simple.

 Using trial and error we came up with different models.

When someone made a mechanism which worked as they wanted you could see them smile to themselves. The people around would look and be impressed.

卒業制作(6年生)その3

A組の様子です。

 

まずはどんな時計にするかデザインを練りました。

制限はあるものの、様々な材料を扱えるのでいろんな時計ができそう

です。

デザインが決まったらさっそく製作開始です。

電動鋸で形を整える人もいれば…

彫刻刀で彫り始める人…

小学校最後の作品、頑張ってくださいね!
