The sake in the back is Uragasumi(浦霞　= beach mist)which is made in my home country, Miyagi. What do you think the fruit in the center?
I've frozen it for a month to condense its sweetness. In the fridge the color turns scarlet red, but outside it starts being covered with frost.
It's too hard to eat. Lololol
I have had an idea about this fruit. So after drinking, I sleep to wait its melting.

When fruit is frozen, its sugar content increases. This is one of the secrets of cake cooking. In November I was presented fine kakis by an acquaintance.
Those were well ripe almost to be fluid. The man who gave them to me advised I should lie it in the freezer to be half frozen and you could enjoy whole kaki sherbet. I tried it to confirm his advice. Then I got an idea to use it as a sweet juicy sauce.

After I fully enjoy the sweet frozen Kaki, I bake mochi cake. I try to have mochi with this kaki sauce. The idea is a great success! The sweetness is very descent. If you have a much ripe kaki, please try it. You should surely get a great happiness on your tongue.
