These two pigeon have a bad leg. At somewhere their legs was caught with the fishing strings and they couldn't get it away. So the string make the leg hurt.
Now they have two legs but in the near future they would lose it. Even now they can not move around freely. The other birds bash these weak ones to lessen the chances of having foods. Their health are getting worse and worse. The crows watches them to get.
