If it were not for the wall, the view from the platform of KitaAkabane station would be so wonderful. But without it, people would be frozen to die with the winter river wind.

This is the favorite menu of the old famous detective of “The old man in the corner”by Baroness Orczy. I've been having stomachache these two months. At last I take this set of cheese cake and hot milk as breakfast. I take it in the corner seat of the bakery coffee shop in the Aakabane station. The Old Man is sitting in the corner of the ABC shop with Polly . The old man (= me) is sitting in the ABC shop (Akabane station Bakery Coffee shop),too, but with the stomachache.

The taste is the typical one of the down town of Tokyo. It has the lack of decency , but something nostalgic one.

The Fukagawa rice bowl is a traditional menu since the middle age og Edo era.
The Edo citizen invented boiling clams to put on the steamed rice.
But in many places where they can get clams common people have been made the same menu. Generally they make a miso soup of clams and then on steamed rice the soup pour.

I find the fantastic Christmas illuminations around the Kunitachi station.
The tree illuminations of the University street are floating in the darkness.

The illumination of Asagaya of this year is not so cool as it was in the past years. It make me remind a noodle ball of the Chinese restaurant.
