灰汁を取りながら、鶏がらの出汁をとっています。
Chinese chicken soup without the scum


良いスープができました。

玉ねぎのスープ完成です。

ヒレのシャトーブリアンです。

IH火加減4、片面3分づつ。
ニンニクは香りがでたら、小皿によけて。
味は塩、胡椒と、最後に醤油を落として香り付け。

IH power is lever 4, 3 minutes each side
Not to burn out garlic
Tasted with salt and spice, and finally soy sauce

小倉の井筒屋で美味しそうな「ヒレ」肉を見つけました。
We find out a good filet stake at Izutsuya department store in Kokura.

今夜は「鳥ガラ」のスープと、ステーキです。

頭痛が少し治まって、これから夕食の準備です。
Now I start cooking, after one and half hour lest.
