今日はお墓参りに行った後、母と弟家族、うちの家族で新年の食事会でした。
姪っ子が元気いっぱいなので、一緒に遊んでいて疲れました…。
体重：88.4kg 結構走り回ったけど、それ以上に食っちゃったな…。増。
運動：姪っ子と走り回り、妻とバレーの練習。合わせて1時間くらい。
読書：弟に借りた漫画を読む。
Today was a lunch party of the New Year with my mother and younger brother family and my families.
Before a lunch we visit to a grave and pray for our ancestor.
I played with a niece, but I was tired afterwards because she was vigorous….
Weight:88.4kg I ran around quite a bit, but I ate more than that .... Up.
Exercise: I run around with a niece and am practiced the volleyball with a wife. The enforcement time for exercise of me was one hour in total.
Reading: I read the comic which I borrowed from a younger brother.
