メニューは学生の頃よく作ってたさっぱり牛丼。
味付けをポン酢でするだけなのですが、意外に旨いんですよね~。
体重:87.0kg 晩御飯食べ過ぎたかな…。増。
運動:小僧の忘れ物を届けにウォーキング。

It was after a long absence, and I made dinner.
The menu is the plainly beef bowl which I cooked in the days of a student well.
This only does seasoning in ponzu vinegar, but is unexpectedly delicious.
Weight: 87.0kg I ate too much dinner.gain weight.
Exercise: I walked to send the thing left behind of the son.
