『ひずんだアンプは音が良い？？ vol.23』の続きです。

真空管シングルアンプの配線が完了しました。

まず、特性を測定しました。



終段の電圧は230v、

前段の電圧は180vで計算通りです。

プレート電流は終段50mA、前段0.9mAです。

出力は4.5wでした。

前段のゲインが高すぎるようなので再調整が必要です。

Wiring of vacuum tube single amplifier was completed.

First, the characteristic was measured.



The voltage of a final is 230v.

The voltage of the preceding paragraph is 180v.

Plate current is 50 mA in a final.

It is the 0.9 mA preceding paragraph.

The output was 4. 5w.

The gain of the preceding paragraph is too high.

Readjustment is required.

次に電源トランスを配線するのですが、

ペアとなる電線をよるとノイズを減少させることができます。

電源トランスにはたくさんの電流が流れ、

多くのノイズが混入しています。

よっていない電線は1ターンのコイルとして動作し

ノイズ入りの磁力線が発生します。

この磁力線がパーツやシャーシに影響し、

ノイズが信号回路に伝染してしまいます。

電線をよることでコイルとして動作しなくなり

ノイズの伝染を防ぐことができます。

写真はヒーター回路の電線をよった状態です。

A power transformer is wired.

A noise can be decreased if the electric wire used as a pair is twisted.

Much current flows into a power transformer.

Many noises are mixing.

The electric wire which is not twisted operates as a coil of 1 turn.

The line of magnetic force containing a noise occurs.

This line of magnetic force influences a part and a chassis.

A noise is transmitted to a signal circuit.

If an electric wire is twisted, it will not operate as a coil.

Infection of a noise can be prevented.

A photograph is in the state which twisted the electric wire of the heating circuit.

『ひずんだアンプは音が良い？？ vol.21』の続きです。

前回掲載した配線図のように信号回路を作っていきます。

信号回路はRch / Lchがあります。

真空管が左右対称ではないのでシンメトリーにはなりません。

シンメトリーにこだわる方がみえますが、

あまり神経質になることはありません。

むしろ、グランドラインを重視してください。

電線は太ければ良いものではありません。

電流値を考えながら適切な太さの電線を使用します。



Rchを拡大するとこうなります。



次にヒーター回路と出力トランスへの配線をしました。



後は電源トランスを配線するだけです。

次に信号回路を作ります。

信号回路は複雑なので幾つかに分けて掲載します。

配線図1です。



前回製作した電源部と接続します。

配線の位置は十分に検討してください。

下図の様に配線すると、ノイズや歪が発生します。



このように配線するとノイズを低減できます。



アンプは同じ回路、同じ部品で作っても

作った人で音が変わります。

特にグランド線の引き回しは音質を大きく左右します。
