まずは、電気特性です。
どのくらい違うものでしょう？
まずは抵抗値の誤差ですが、
数円のカーボン抵抗は５％。
一万円のVISHAYの抵抗は１％です。
数十円程度の金属皮膜抵抗でも誤差は１％ですので
それほど高いわけではありません。
次に温度特性です。
カーボン抵抗は－500ｐｐｍ/℃程度です。
冬、気温０度のとき、100オームの抵抗は
夏、気温３０度になると、98.5オームになるわけです。
VISHAYの抵抗は1ｐｐｍ/℃ですので、
99.997オームです。
とはいうもののVISHAY抵抗の誤差は１％ですので
１００オームの表示でも９９オームである可能性もあります。
そんなに目くじらを立てるなという気がします。

They're the electrical characteristics first.
Error of the resistance value:
Carbon resistor 5%
VISHAY 1%
An error of metal-film resistor is 1%.
Therefore VISHAY isn't high especially.
The temperature special quality:
Carbon resistance - 500 ppm/℃
At winter 0 degrees centigrade, there is 100 ohms of resistance.
At 30 degrees centigrade in summer, it changes into 98.5 ohms.
1 ppm of VISHAY/℃
It changes into 99.997 ohms in summer.
An error of VISHAY is 1%.
There is also a possibility which is 99 ohms by 100 ohms of indication.
