I love walking around canal town. In spite of no fishing boat, I always remember the view of canals and ports, in Miyagi prefecture, in the Boso peninsula and the Izu peninsula and in L.A. The dream in my high school days is to become a sailor or a pilot. The days passed and only I can do is walking around the canal town with a little smell of sea water.

インコ perruches

In the yard of a construction company beside canal, they have about fifty true parrots. Once I ask a worker whom I knew for ten years why they have such a many parrots and goldfish. The handsome worker told that nobody knows the reason why these birds and fish are here and that they had already been here when he started working in this yard. Ten years ago, I was a fresh-guard and he was also teen ager fresh worker.

I get a lunch box at a supermarket near the Ooimachi station.
I find a good table outside the supermarket. It is in the shadow and the cool wind blows.
A young mother with a baby car comes to sit at the next table. The mother talks to her baby about the trains.
They are there for forty minutes when I spend the lunch time.

Savarin is one of my favorite cakes. These days the popularity of this cake has gotten down. The few cake shop can serve this sweetest thing.
I'm so happy to have this cake.

車の下の光る眼 les yeux

I've been hoping to take a picture of the eyes of cat under the car. The picture of a black silhouette with the two golden eyes is my waiting thing in my life. But all my compact digital camera couldn't do it with those telescopic lens.
Then I got it with my new camera, the Ricoh CX6! Only without golden color, I take a picture of glittering eyes of cats under the car at the distance of ten meters.

少しでも涼しいところで Chat dormant

Chobi is a fighter. He never escaped from the chance of fight to lose one of his eyes. After the final fight, the owner used a lead with him. So he has done nothing but sleep at his favorite place. His most favorite place is a chair in the fond of the store. He always sleeps there. But the heat of this day kicks him down to here. The owner of the store sits on the chair with a fan.
And the man and the cat are waiting their clients all day long.
