It's very interesting to look down the town which is new and fresh for me.
Ogikubo est une gare et une station.
In french I distinguish easily the railroad station and the subway station.

生存確認です（笑）
先日、山の手線が止まっちゃって、凄かったですね。
以前、新幹線が止まったとき以来の衝撃でした。
あれはケーブルの結束バンドが屋外用を使わなかったからだとか。
こちとら、震え上がっちゃいますです。

About the accident at Kanda, (Cakeater)

the biggest problem is the silence of the workers against the JR. The workers reported the trouble, but the supervisers of the JR judged it wouldn't be dangerous and emergent. The rule of all the constructions in the railroad is firstly stop, then report steadily to the supervising JR section.
At today's meeting, the JR supervisers insists: whenever you, workers, feel any danger for train in the railroad, you should stop trains and after then you should report to us as first as you can.

But the dwelers who have lived for fifty years near the station told me the north front rotary park was rebuilt after an accident: a bus ran into the police box!
