昨日（12/24）、義姉の葬儀に出席のために帰省しました。
元々、冠婚葬祭の儀礼が苦手で避けていたので、
参席のストレスからか、身体が強い拒否反応を示しました。
ただ、参席してよかったです。
きっと、結婚式よりずっと良いでしょう。
さあ、これから、新しい日々を生きていきます。
Yesterday (24 Dec.), I returned home to attend my sister-in-law's funeral.
Originally, I was not good at ceremonial ceremonies and avoided them.
Perhaps due to the stress of attending, my body showed a strong rejection reaction.
However, I'm glad I attended.
Surely, it will be much better than a wedding.
Now, from now on, I will live a new day

発作の間、身体はダメージを受けているので、休むしかない

体温 36.3 ℃、通常時より 0.4 ℃高く、身体はダメージ回復で奮戦中
休みたいが、やる事はたくさんあるので、起きて少しずつ動く事に

先日、帰省した際、県庁がある街へ行き、3年前にリニューアルされた駅前百貨店で、多目的トイレ（バリアフリートイレ）を確認してきました。それは、最新の仕様に近い内容でしたから、ここに紹介します。

このトイレに備わっていなかった設備は、「ユニバーサルシート」と呼ばれている大型のシート（ベッド）で、大人の方や障害のある方のおむつを交換する際に利用する設備ぐらいでしょう。とは言っても、『多目的トイレ』は誰でも利用できるトイレですから、誰でも気兼ねなく利用するべきだと思います。そして、普段は殆ど意識されず話題にもなりませんが、この様な設備を必要とする様々な人々と一緒に暮らしている事を理解する事が大切だと思います。

今日、いつも買い物の時に使っている、僕のお気に入りの、自然の木々と鳥、そして季節によっては蟹たちが溢れている小道で、画像の光景に遭遇しました。車一台が通れるだけの幅の道ですから、交通量は多くなく、時々、すれ違い用のエリアで休憩している車があるのですが、タバコの吸い殻をまとめて捨てる場所ではありません。

とかく、環境問題とか、条例（法律）違反だとか、モラル違反とかで問題追及する風潮がありますが、それ以前に、私達一人ひとりが、人として美しい行為であるか否かを判断する美意識を持つ事の方が遥かに大切だと思います。
I haven't had a direct conversation with the person who threw away this cigarette, so I have no intention of discussing their morals or personality here. However, the act of throwing away unnecessary items such as plastic bottles and empty cans is not beautiful in itself, no matter how you look at it.
There is a tendency to pursue problems such as environmental issues, violations of ordinances (laws), and morals, but before that, I think it is much more important for each of us to have an aesthetic sense to judge whether or not an act is beautiful as a person.
