アイソン彗星が見つけやすい！

倉敷科学センターの中の人によるアイソン彗星の観察のポイント

　お友達のアニリンさんが、彗星ウォッチング初心者向けに観望ポイントをまとめて下さいました！

　アイソン彗星は、空が暗い場所では肉眼でも見えるようになっています。
　そして、明日・明後日（１８、１９日）の明け方には、おとめ座の一等星スピカのすぐ側に居て、見つけやすくなっています。
　是非是非、トライしてみて下さい！

　しかし、彗星を見慣れない方にはちょっと見つけづらいと思います。
　彗星というと長く尾を引く姿を思い浮かべますが、まだアイソン彗星はそこまで明るくなっておらず、双眼鏡の視野の中ではぼんやりとした光芒にしか見えないのです。
（周りの恒星が点像に見えるのに対して、彗星はピントがズレてる？という感じのボンヤリ像…観察ポイントに「こんな風に見える」という画像紹介があります。）

　今夜（１８日０：１６だったかな？）は満月で、一晩中月明かりが煌々と明るいのは難点ですが…。
