政府の恥ずべき政策
それは
東北地方の災害対策のために
民主党政権時代に大企業の法人税を10％下げる代わりに
３年間内部留保に5％ずつ震災復興税を掛けるということを決めていたが、
現政権下ですべてチャラ（無）にしてしまっていた。
それどころか
老人のなけなしの年金に
その穴埋めとして震災復興支援のために
年間１５０万前後以上の年金にまで「特別復興所得税」という名目でだ！。
老人と若者の対立をあおりながらの姑息で理不尽な政策だ。
「資本」の目先の政策
（ミクロ経済-利潤中心主義に向かう）の結果が
今日の日本経済の現実だ、ということを見ようともしない。
否、
見る能力がないのかもしれない。
実のところ
老人は子や孫世代に対して、
老後の心配を顧みることもせずに
大学進学の入学金や
授業料、就職のための資金などに
退職金などを
使い尽くしていることなど
多々あることを知ろうともしない。
震災の寄付金などは
もうとっくの昔、
種々の自然災害寄付金などを多額に済ましてしまっている。
忘れたころに
強制的に特別復興支援所得税とは、なんと恥知らずな行為と
思い知るべきだ。
大企業の４００兆円もの内部留保は
子育てや２５年間くらいの子供の教育期間に
１０兆円ずつ投資しても、２５０兆円に過ぎないくらい膨大な額だ。
これは人口政策にも効果的だし、若い成長期の人々を
質の高い国民に育て上げる為にも役立つ。
また、老人国家からの脱却にもなる。
年間１０兆円の投資（利益率３０％なら）は
概算で３０兆円以上の売り上げに繋がる可能性を持つ。
３０年前の若者切り捨て政策
（低賃金、正規社員から短時間雇用への変更、
結婚できない低賃金政策、
子育てできない婦人の長時間低賃金政策、
劣悪な子育て環境の放置、
子育て中の共働き夫婦に対する冷酷な扱い等々）
これらの改善のための政策は一向に進展しない！。
マクロ経済的に見れば、
無能な経済政策の結果が
今日の日本経済の後退、
若者の人口が増えない根本的な原因だ
ということを知ろうともしない。
目先の財政学的手段では
この現状は
決して乗り切ることは不可能だろう。
経済学は単なる数字ではない！
数字は現状を客観的に知る手段だ！
経済的運動は
きわめてパラドックス的ダイナミズムを持って
生きた人間的、つまり動態的・生態学的に進行するからだ！。
真のの経済学は
その経済的運動の危機をいかに乗り切るかを
科学し経済構造にメスを入れる武器なのだ。
