前回に続いて 、中国の民族排外主義・中華思想について、
日本側から対中国問題について考えてみたいと思います。
尖閣諸島周辺の領海では中国の公船・漁船団が
大挙押し寄せ緊張がつづいています。
最近のこの動きは
中国内部の権力闘争が激化している結果ともいわれています。
また、
南沙諸島問題では国際仲裁裁判で中国側の敗訴が決定しました。
日本がフィリッピン、ベトナム、インドネシア側に関わりすぎた面もあり、
その反動で
尖閣諸島問題にそのしわ寄せが大きくなって
緊張が一気に拡大している嫌いもあるようです。
ただ、
そのさなかに３００隻ほどの漁船の一隻がギリシア船と衝突し、
日本の巡視船にその乗組員が救助されるという美談もあり、
緊張感の緩和に一役買っているようです。
ちなみに
自らの国について考えて見るに、
現状ではいけないと思うことは
一つはやはり
沖縄の現状ですね！
「基地に関する地位協定」ですね。
そのほか
国連において「敵国条項」というものがあって、

また、米国との間に「地位協定」なる差別的条項があり、
日本の立場が戦後７０年間、敗戦の時のまま、「占領下」状態のまま、
日本にある米軍の基地の７０％以上が存在し、
その状況が何らかわっていないということです。
この沖縄県民の
”苦悩と痛み”という問題が
対中国問題、朝鮮半島問題との関わりで
その緊張を梃子に一気に
沖縄の基地を強化・増強しようという日米の安保政策の
重し・ブレーキ役を担っています。
この問題では
ただ日本が危ない！だから、
沖縄県民は”その現状に甘んじろ”では
納得できないでしょう。
沖縄は太平洋戦争時では本土のための捨石になれ！
でよかったかもしれませんが。
またもや、
本土のために犠牲になれ！では、
沖縄県民が
本気で怒り出しても不思議ではないでしょう！
「本土の奴隷」ではないからです。
やはりたまには
沖縄県民の立場に立って考えて見ることも必要です。
問題は
中国、北朝鮮が本気で
日本に戦争を仕掛けてこようとしているかどうか？です。
マスコミによる”大本営発表”の国内向け報道なのか。
アメリカが日本にオスプレイや超音速戦闘機など、
また、迎撃用ミサイルなどを売り込むための悪質な宣伝によって
日本国民をたぶらかす事が目的なのか？
熟考がもとめられています。
このように書くと
以前のウクライナ問題が思い起こされます。
以前から、アメリカはポーランドやロシア周辺に
迎撃用ミサイル防衛網を施こうとしていましたが、
進展していませんでした。
ところが、
ウクライナで内戦がはじまると
俄然、ポーランド、バルト三国などで
現実味がましてきました。
この極東アジアでも
対北朝鮮問題がクローズアップされてきました。
当国のミサイル発射実験発表だけが国内では
やかましく騒がれていますが、
近海では大規模な米・韓の大軍事演習が
予定されている？実施されている？等があります。
真実が報道されない限り
判断できないような状況が垣間見られます。
本気で北朝鮮と戦争が始まれば、
またもやアメリカは極東でも本国は無傷で
軍事費・軍事物資などで大儲けできるからです。
韓国は戦場になり、日本も無傷ではなくなります。
多分、北朝鮮はそうなれば跡形もなくなるでしょう！
しかし、
戦場では望まない戦争の生け贄に
多くの尊い日米韓若者の命が捧げられます。
誰のための戦争になるのでしょうか？
中東のイラク・シリア・アフガンの再現となるでしょう。
