　今回のLIVEのOPSEに使われたのは、Michael Murphyさんの有名な曲だそうだ。
　凄くきれいな曲なので、何度も聞いてしまう。(ツベを探すとすぐ見つかる)

　ネイティヴアメリカンの伝承に出てくる「Wildfire」と言う名の仔馬と少女の話を
　幼い頃に聞かされて、それをもとにして作られたらしい。

　吹雪の夜に飛び出していった仔馬を追って、少女も行方が分からなくなる。
　哀しい歌のようだが、それほど哀しさを感じない。

　「She's coming for me I know　And on Wildfire we're both gonna go」

　彼女は仔馬に乗って必ず「僕」を迎えに来る。
　主人公がそう確信しているからだろうか。

　そして二人は「On wildfire we're gonna ride, oh　We're gonna leave」
　一緒に旅立っていく。


　今回のLIVEのテーマにもなる「今いるところから別の場所に飛び立つ」
　いったん「停止」しても、また「動き出す」
　その決意と行動が、全編に渡って歌われていく。

　まさに今回の稲葉浩志のLIVEにふさわしいOPSEだったと思う。
