冷し中華 Le rahmen froid.

Dans le jour chaud on veut prendre le rahmen froid. Mais, le nombre de restaurant dont serve cela deminue. les chefs aiment de servir le Tukemen nouilles.

On a hot day, people want de take a dish of cold Rahmen. But the number of places where they serve it has declined year by year. And they replace their menu by tukemen-noodle. I think the cook prefer to skip the cooling the noodle with cold water.

C'est une nouvelle Rahmen.
Mais, une des amies de ma mère l'a mangé 50 ans plus tôt.
Elle m'a dit; « Sam, tu sais, faites comme ça, pour réserver les nouille dans le frigidaire. Tu peux le manger quand tu veux le manger.»

This is a new-type rahmen.
But a friend of my mother had it 50 years ago.
She said, " Sam, this is the way of preservation in the fridge. You can always have it whenever you want. You only dissolve the soup powder into the hot water and dip it in the soup."

定価化面？ Le jasmin d'un poète

C'est le jasmin asiatique , en Japonais Teika-zura(定家葛). Les beaucoup de Japonais se trompent le nom, Tei-ka-zura...（定価ズラ ou 定価面; le prix + la perruque）. Teika Fujiwara est un des grande quatre poètes crasiques Japonais.

This plant has a name, Asiatic jasmine. Many Japanese take a mistake to call it TeiKaZura. The meaning runs away the bush of confusion. What is the plant, T-vine?
The true name is Teika-kazura. Teika is one of the classic major 4 poets in Japan.
