今日は、下田さんと一緒に熊本市のコミュニテイセンターに行きました。その中には、台所をありました。いっぱいの女の人が来ました。先生は、年上女の人でした。
韓国で、料理事を、勉強をしました。その女の人は、下田さんの先生です。
始めは野菜を切りましたです。その後には、全部を混ぜました。りんご、チリ、ニンニク、人参、ネギ、たくさんの佐藤、塩と魚のソース。
混合物が、キムチの中に入れました。すごく美味しいそ、だけど下田さんと私の体はニンニクの香りがあります。
すごく楽しかったです!

Today Shimodasan and I went to a cooking lesson into the Kumamoto Community Center.
There was a large kitchen and many women came to see how to cook Kimuchi. This is a korean vegetable and very spicy.
The teacher was a woman who learned cooking in korea for about 3 years. Even if she was a bit old, her eyes were shining and her mind full of energy.
At the beginning everyone cut the vegetables like carotts, leek, garlic and also some apple. After that everything was mixed with chilli, a lot of sugar, salt and fish sauce.
This stuff was rolled in the Kimuchi cabbage. After that it is important to let is rest around 1 or 2 days and after that you can eat it. Together with rice, or while drinking alcohol is the best chance.
It was a lot of fun even if Shimodasan and I are now smelling very hard because of that garlic!
