スーパーはだいたいで同じ作りですよね。
入り口の右側は野菜。壁沿いに陳列棚が並び、お店の中心部は平行に陳列棚が並ぶ。
陳列棚の間をIsle と呼びます。見上げてisle のサインを見れば1，2，3と番号が打ってある。それさえ知っていれば、

Isle ではなくて壁沿いのセクションの物であれば
Walk straight to the back of the store.
You will see the sign for the dairy corner on your left.

(2) distance or duration: 100m, 2 blocks, 2 minutes
(3) turn
(4) direction: North, South, East, West, right, left
(5) street name if you know or it is important
ま、道ほど距離がないので、2,3は省いて
4はdirection というよりdestination でしょうか。
