「ハタハタ」は秋田の県魚。我が家はいつも味噌田楽にしていただきます。当初、記録的不漁ということで心配していましたが、地元でもやっと大量に水揚げされたようです。別名「カミナリウオ」とは、なんとロマンを抱かせる名前でしょうか。
