昨日は、遥々岡山からDO1SEWINGのメンバーが遊びに来てくれました！
（嘘です、お仕事です！）
ボーイズでは、主にクロージングベースのオーダーシャツを作って頂いているのですが、
東京スーツフェアーや年末に行うRESOLUTE FAIRなどで、カジュアルなボタンダウンシャツなども
オーダーで企画してみては？とのご提案などございましたので、今回ミーティングをする運びとなった訳なんです。
そう云えばドレスシャツのオーダーはよく耳にしますが、カジュアルなボタンダウンシャツで生地を選んでお袖丈や
着丈などオーダー出来るのは、本当実現すれば嬉しいですよね。
自分だけの一枚を作れるって事ですからね。
一度、パターンを作りますと体型さえ維持して頂ければ毎シーズン生地スワッチで好きな生地を選ぶだけで
作れるのですから。
ボーイズでオーダーを担当しております丁稚も、乗り気でして、
（先ず僕のを一枚作って下さい！）と。
カジュアル対応でパンツにインしてもアウトにしても大丈夫なシャツを作って欲しい！と。
Yesterday, members of DO1SEWING came to visit us from far away Okayama!

細々とボタンから芯など付属品なども含めてミーティングしております。
先ずサンプルを一枚作ってから再度ミーティングする運びになりました。
丁稚の企画になりますので、サンプルのシャツサイズに丁稚自身も体を作るそうです。
アキレス腱断裂もだいぶと良くなってきておりますので、ランニングにサーフィンでシャツに体を合わせるそうです。
こういう目標が有りますと励みにもなりますので、現実的かもしれませんね。
ミーティング後には、

徳島に来られたら、ふじいのうどんですよね！
昨今の暑さも有りまして、全員牛肉ぶっかけの冷！これで小なんです。普通のお店の大に匹敵する量です。
（ちなみにミニサイズもありまして普通のお店の中くらいは充分ございますね）
そして量が多いだけでもなくて、きちんと腰もあって喉ごしも最高ですね。
唯単に硬いだけのうどんではありません。
グルテンがきちんと形成されました麺に皆さん大感激！

お持ち帰り用のうどんもございますよ。
ここで一つ面白いお話が、店主のお母さんがレジを担当されているのですが、毎日3時過ぎに成りますと、
カラスの黒ちゃんが、お店には決して入店されないのですが、入り口から顔を覗かせるそうです。
（未だかな？）と。
それに気づいたお母さんは、毎日、黒ちゃんに美味しい天かすをふるまっているそうです。
実は、ふじいの天かすも美味しくて、焼きそばなどに入れても最高なんです。

One interesting story here is that the owner's mother is in charge of the cash register, but when it's past 3 o'clock every day,
Kuro-chan, a crow, never enters the store, but he seems to be able to look into his face from the entrance.

The mother who noticed it says that she is serving delicious tenkasu to Kuro-chan every day.
In fact, Fujii's tenkasu is also delicious, and it's great to put it in yakisoba.

こちらは、市内の鷹匠町にございます末廣亭！
夜のみの営業ですが、滅茶苦茶美味いです。
酢豚に豚の天ぷら〆は上海シャー麺！
上記の3品がお勧めです。
僕も高校時代に先代のおばちゃんから教わりましたので。
そして愛煙家には嬉しい全席喫煙です。
今では中々存在しないお店ですね。
徳島の名店の中の一軒です。
因みに、隣は徳島で一番美味しいお寿司やさん丸秀さんになります。
このお店は、天然物しか扱わないので有名！
