夏山解禁！ （Summer mountaineering has started!）

先週末は梅雨シーズンの谷間。だとすると、トレッキングでしょう！
金曜日の深夜に出発し、土日と八ヶ岳縦走に行ってきました～♪
（リアルタイム中継（笑）は、facebookでご確認を！）

八ヶ岳の主峰、赤岳（2,899m）～横岳（2,829m）～硫黄岳（2,742m）を一気に縦走！
たまにガスってしまう時間もありましたが、２日間共に良い天気～♪
登山口からわずか4時間で山頂付近まで行けますが、思ったより歯ごたえあって、
運動不足を少しは解消できたかな？という感じです。^^



今回はちょっと高山植物なども撮ってみたり。ま、何か分からないんですが（苦笑）。


今年の夏も既にプランニング中。今年は更なる高みを目指します！

大人のパスタソース♪ （Pasta sauce for adults.）

梅雨ですね。。。
今日も晴れると分かってたら。。。

というくらいに天気が読めない時期なので、最近は夏シーズンの準備をしてます。
たとえば、先日の六甲で試したパスタソースが激ウマだったので、
同じシリーズを買い占めました（笑）。
これを機に、徐々に山メシも充実していこうと思っている今日この頃です。^^

Thanks to the rainy season in Japan, I was stuck at my home...
even today (it was a good weather, opposed to my expectation...)

So, i'm now preparing for the next mountaineering this summer;
for example, I bought 5 different pasta sauce, one of which
I really enjoyed at the previous Rokko trekking!
Wanna enhance my cooking skills in the mountains this summer!

久しぶりの六甲登山 （Rokko trekking in early summer）

午前中は少し小雨気味でしたが、天気予報を信じて今日は六甲トレック♪
以前から調整していたこともあり、小雨決行～！

行程が進むにつれ、天気も無事回復♪
久しぶりの六甲山頂に来るあたりでは、すっかり天気も晴れ模様でした。

今日はパスタを茹でて、の昼飯に挑戦したり、
一軒茶屋でカキ氷に遭遇したり
有馬温泉で、メンチカツ、有馬サイダーなどを堪能したり、
と意外とグルメツアーに（苦笑）。

充実した休日でしたね～。

Challenged Rokko trekking today, though it was raining a bit this morning.
(today's trekking had been scheduled for a couple of months, so we did it!)

On our way to Arima-onsen, hot spa, the weather became better;
it was a sunny day when we arrived at the top of Mt. Rokko.

Today, i tried outdoor lunch with normal pasta and ready-made sauce,
enjoyed "Kakigori" (Japanese summer desert with crashed-ice and sweet sauce),
and lots of gourmet foods such as deep-fried minced beef and local cider.

Today was a really nice holiday, I feel.

春山登山教室 in 日本アルプス （Climbing lectures at Mt. Tsubakuro）

僕にとって今年のＧＷ最大のイベント！
燕山荘主催の「春山登山教室」に参加してきました～♪

北アルプスは今でも「冬山」です。
このＧＷも白馬、涸沢辺りで計８名が既にお亡くなりになっています。
そうならないための「登山教室」であり、アイゼンやピッケルの使い方を
体をもって体験するための機会でした。

初日は天気も良く、滑落停止訓練など（下記）をこなしましたが、

夕方になると寒気団の到来で燕岳登頂は断念。。。
結局、次の日も天候が悪く、下山優先で今回は燕山荘（2,680m）までとなりました。

この時期は天候が不安定のようで、5/5も見た目は良かったんですが、
雷が心配で登頂を断念。たった片道30分なんですが、
稜線上は雷が落ちやすく、そこは慎重にするべきですね。


燕山荘は初めてでしたが、「泊まりたい山小屋No.1」の意味が
わかった気がします。オーナー始め、スタッフがフレンドリーで
積極的に話しかけてくれます。是非、１度体験してみてください。

I've survived back to real life from mountaineering at Mt. Tsubakuro.
For me, this is the major event during "Golden Week,"
9 consective holidays (this year) at the beginning of this May.

This is a good opportunity for me (and others) to experience
how to use an ice axe and crampons, to survive at winter mountains.
In fact, 8 people died around northern Alps in Japan this GW season...
It's really important what the real "Winter Mountain" is and how to survive there.

At 1st day, it was really nice weather and we had chances to
practice how to stop "slip drop" at "just in case situation."
But we could not climb up to the top of Mt. Tsubakuro
due to unstable weather condition...
(especially, there were chances to have a thunder...)

The mountain hotel ("Enzanso") was really nice;
it is famous for its reputation, the best mountain hotel in Japan.
I think it worth, probably because of the staff's hospitalities.
(especially by owner)

伊吹山トレック in GW （Trekking at Mt. Ibuki in Golden Week）

今日は山仲間（？）と伊吹山へ♪
百名山の１つであり、0合目から山頂まで約1,200mを一気に登り降り！
アルプスアタック準備には、ちょうどいい山です。
山頂はまだ少し雪が残ってましたが、もう春山ですね。

今日もそれなりの装備で臨んだんですが、一緒に行ったメンバーが元気、元気。
思ったより頼り？になる感じで、今年の夏が楽しみです。^^

We trekked to the top of Mt. Ibuki, 1,377m height, one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan.
To clibm up, you have to go up about 1,200m!!!
This is good preparation to challenge Japan Alps this season, I think.
Even at the top, there were some snow but you can go there without crampons.

My accompanies looked great enough to climb through Japan Alps, I think.
Hope I would have some accompanies to enjoy "what you cannot see at daily life!"

アイゼン、キタァーーーーッツ！ （New Crampons!）

ピッケルに引き続き、12本爪アイゼンも購入～♪
色々悩んで、自身の登山靴にも合う、グリベルG12ニューマチックにしてみました！

セミワンタッチ式なので、装着も楽チン。
これでＧＷの燕岳も難なく制覇？といきたいところです。

On top of getting an ice axe, I've got new crampons, grivel G12 newmatic!
They fit my mountain boots (Scarpa Triolet Gtx) well and
perform even on hardest winter mountains in Japan Alps such as Mt.Hodaka.

They are easy to fit my boots using semi one-touch binding system.
Hope i can climb through all the way to the top of Mt.Tsubakuro this GW.

ピッケル購入！ （Got an iceaxe!）

一部の人にしか言ってませんが、実は雪山登山に足を踏み入れようとしています～。

で、その足がかりの１つがピッケルの入手！
色々調べて、ネットでグリベルのネパールＳＡプラスを購入しました！
雪山にも映えそうな色使いと微妙なＳＡ角度がお気に入り。

もう１つの雪山神器、アイゼンはネットで先ほど購入済。
もう少ししたら夏山シーズンですが、その前に雪山デビューしてきます～♪

To tell the truth, i plan to climb winter mountains soon!

Preparing for that, purchased an ice axe made by Grivel (pic above).
It looks remarkable on snow and shows a nice SA degree...

Have just bought another important item for winter mountains,
"crampons" throught the web.
I know summer season will come soon; but i cannot wait for that and will start winter mountain climbing soon!

スノーシュー・トレッキング in 栂池自然園 (Snow shoe trekking in Tsugaike, Hakuba.)

わざわざ白馬まで行った甲斐がありました。^^

初めてのスノーシュー、ガイド付きツアーに参加しましたが、
参加者は僕ら２名のみの貸切状態～♪で、大満足でした。

白馬は朝から雪で、起きたらびっくりの15cmくらい積もってたんですが、
栂池のロープウェーから上（標高2,000mくらい）は快晴！
誰も歩いていないパウダースノーの上を、縦横無尽に走破！走破！
スノーシュー、とってもお勧めのアクティビティです！

詳細は、いずれ燕山荘のＨＰにアップされそうですが、
ちょっとだけお見せします。(^^)

Have had a wonderful trekking I've ever had!
Today, experienced "snow shoe trekking,"
participating in guided tour in Hakuba area.
It was just two of us! and we really enjoyed it!!

Though it was snowing ski resort in Tsugaike area,
but above 2,000m, we see another sky!
Was really clear and beautiful blue sky,
and we could trek on powder snow which no one ever walked.

It was great moment and memorable...
Will be back near future, I guess.

準備万端？ （Prepared for the snow-shoe trekking planned next weekend!）

再来週の月曜日はお休みをいただく予定

つまり、来週末は４連休なのですー！
で、白馬にスキー＆スノーシュートレッキングを計画中。
そのため、今日はゲイターを購入。うふ。

今シーズンは冬山は遠慮していましたが、来シーズンはわからないので、
その点も踏まえて準備を進めているところです。

さ、今年はどこに行こうかな。^^

I'm planninig to visit Hakuba area, one of the places with tons of snow in Japan,
skiing and trekking with snow shoes to enjoy winter wonder land!

So, praparing for that, i got a set of spats (long one) to prevent snow
from coming into my shoes.

I might go to the winter mountains next season, so preparing for that.

氷瀑 （Icefall in Rokko area）

噂には聞いてましたが、これほどとは・・・

この季節は六甲の裏手はアイスガーデンと化して、
四十八滝と言われる滝も凍りつきます。
その中でも特に有名なのが、この「七曲の滝」。
先週くらいから凍りつき始めたようで、お目にかかれました！

今日はピラーロックから登りはじめ、下りでここにたどり着いたので、
結構バテバテだったんですが、寒さもなんのその！のこの景色・・・
今日はいい運動＆いい景色で充実です。^^

Heard of its scale and impact, but the real one was more than i imagined...

In winter, the north side of Rokko area is called "Ice garden"
as lots of waterfalls are frozen, showing really great icefalls.
This one is the most popular and probably the greatest icefall,
"Nanamagari-no-taki."
Maybe i was lucky to see it as it had not been frozen till last weekend.

Starting from Hankyu "Ashiyagawa" station via pillar rocks,
i was really tired due to long and hard trekking to get there.
But this great scenery blowed my fatigue, making me being there
as long as i can...
Today, i was really happy to have good exercise and scenery.
