今年のGWはなーんも出かける予定無し・・・
ということで、料理は数少ない楽しみの1つ。
各国料理をつくることで少しは旅気分を、、、という感じです。
昨日はシャリアピンステーキと、トマト風モツ煮込みにモン・ペラを加えて
少し欧州気分の食事を堪能・・・
ステーキはちょっと玉ねぎが強すぎ、煮込みはローズマリーが強すぎ、、、
とややいまいちでしたが、雰囲気は欧州かな?(笑)
デザートに、ラヴィルリエのケーキを添えて。
やっぱ、ここのケーキ美味いね。並んだ甲斐があります。

No plan to go out this long consecutive holiday season in Japan...
(I have 10 days to be free!)
So, cooking is one of the greatest pastime for me, especially at this moment.
Enjoying cooking makes me happy, giving me a feeling to travel around
by eating some delicious International dishes.
Last night's dinner consisted of beef stake with shalyapin sauce and bowel stew
with some veges (inclu. tomato, eggplant, carrot, and so on)
coupled with a red wine of Chateau Mont-Perat 2008 (Bordeaux).
(Onions were too sour for beef stake and rose marry halves were too strong
for stew; but they were good enough to have reminded me of living in Europe.)
For desert, I enjoyed a cake made by Patisserie Ravi,e relier.
Their cakes were really good and I like them.
