白馬リベンジ後編 （Revenge of Hakuba Trekking Part2）

朝４時半起床、５時から朝食と山小屋の朝は早い。
当日の日の出は５時半過ぎ頃。果たしてご来光は拝めるのか・・・

と外へ出たら、雲１つ無い快晴～♪^^)/
あぁ、天は我を見捨ててなかったのね、と思いつつ、ご来光を堪能♪
朝日に写る白馬岳、剣岳なども美しい・・・

で、今度こそ快晴の白馬岳を登頂！
まさに360°の大パノラマ！
遠くは富士山、槍ヶ岳、八ヶ岳連峰等々までバッチリ。
８月では見えなかった杓子岳、白馬鑓ヶ岳も、もちろん見下ろせるこの位置。
アイガーを始めとするスイスアルプスも素晴らしかったけど、
日本の北アルプスは勝るとも劣らず。比較的気軽に来れるのは幸せですね。

その後は、昨日来た道をピストンで蓮華温泉へ。
白馬大池も昨日以上に素晴らしい景観。テント場も色鮮やか～♪

で、最後は脱衣場も無い蓮華温泉の外湯（混浴♪）を堪能！
生きてて良かったと思える週末でした。

Hakuba trekking in Sep 2011

Got up at 4:30 am and had a breakfast at 5:00.
You can find it a bit earlier in the morning of life at mountain hotel.
It was storm yesterday; but today's weather would be...

Yes, it was really great sunny day!
and i could enjoy the sunrise from the top of Mt. Shiroumadake,
over 2,900m peak at northern Alps in Japan.
At the top, we could enjoy 360 degree panoramic view!!!
I could find Mt. Fuji, Mt. Yarigatake, and the series of 8 mountains called "Yatugatake."
Of course, i could see Mt. Hyoshidake and Mt.Hakuba-Yarigatake which I hunted this August
but could not see due to bad weather...

The Alps in Switzerland I visited last October was really great;
but this Japanese "Northern Alps" was as truly great as them!

On my way back to the Renge-onsen, where I started trekking,
i stopped at Hakuba-oike (beautiful lake) and stopped by
the hot-springs at Renge-onsen, wild hot-spas!

It was really great weekend, and I was happy to feel I'm Japanese...

白馬リベンジ前編 （Revenge of Hakuba Trekking）

３連休ですっ！　しかも晴れ予報！
そんな僕にひそかな野望が・・・
「紅葉が始まりそうな白馬へリベンジを！」^^
と言うことで、１泊２日の白馬強行軍を無事生還してきました。

今回は蓮華温泉から白馬岳へのピストントレック。
登山口の蓮華温泉は良い天気だが、まずは１つの誤算。

誤算１）紅葉がまだ進んでいない・・・（少し予想してたけど）

ちょびっとの紅葉を愛でて、頑張って白馬大池（タイトル写真）へ♪
ここもあまり紅葉が進んでないが、めげずに白馬岳を目指すが・・・

誤算２）天候悪化アゲイン・・・

８月に来た際は雨（というより嵐）でしたが、今回は雪！雹！霰！
先日、稜線上では初冠雪とは聞いてましたが、もう少しで凍傷？になりそうな勢い。
気温を測ったら、なんと3℃・・・（この後、1.7℃にもなりました）
白馬岳山頂でも、記念写真も無く、素通り。。。（だって、寒いんだもん）

と言うわけで、14時頃に早々に白馬山荘へ避難。が、ここでも誤算が・・・

誤算３）夕食のトンカツが１個少ない！

８月は４切れあったが、３切れしかないやん！
と言うわけで、20時過ぎに早々に不貞寝です。。。
果たして、今回のトレック首尾は如何に？

トレッキング in 9/23 (Trekking in Sep. 23th)

In Japan, we have 3 consecutive holidays this weekend,
so I planned to trek in Hakuba area again, hoping to enjoy Autumn leaves!

But, it was a little bit earlier than usual to enjoy Autumn leaves this year,
and I just looked a part of it(see pic above).
Hoping to have greater view on the top of the Mt. Shiroumadake,
I continued to trek along the way to its top...

However, the weather was too bad, forcing me to survive in the snow storm...
The temp was just 3 degree in centigrade (leading to 1.7 degree later...).
I just went through on the top of Mt. Shiroumadake...

Even at the hostel of Hakuba-Sanso, I could have just 3 pieces of deep-fried pork dish.
(Last visit, I enjoyed 4 pieces!!!)

So, it was bad trip at Mt. Shiroumadake;
what would be on 2nd day?

秋山トレック準備中？ （Preparing for Autumn Trekking）

この３連休は真夏日だったのになぜ？とお思いの方もいるかと思いますが、
日本アルプスの稜線あたりは朝晩は15℃くらいになっている、とのこと。

天候不順時も考えると、この程度の装備は必要と言うことで、
今日は勉強会の後、ダウンジャケットを購入～♪

さ、アルプスの紅葉を愛でに行きますか。^^

Some of you guys may wonder about my shopping today (pic above).
It seems to be 15 degree celsius on top of Japan Alps;
so I prepared for trying to attack it, thinking of "just in case" situation.

Yeah, what I have to do is "going to Japan Alps" to enjoy Autumn leaves.

六甲初級編？（Beginner's course for Rokko area）

折角の３連休は雨に始まり雨に終わりそう。
しかし、天気予報とは裏腹に今日だけ晴れ間がのぞきそうだったので、
先週に引き続いて六甲トレックで運動不足を解消♪

今日は芦屋川駅からロックガーデンを経て、風吹岩へ。
とここまでは先週とおんなじ。
しかし、大きな違いは・・・山ガールが多い！（笑）
３連休の威力、恐るべし。（下記写真にも写ってます）


今日はこの後、ゴルフ場をつっきって雨が峠でランチした後、
東おたふく山まで行きました。標高は700m弱ですね。
帰りにすこし道迷いしましたが、簡単な縦走で休憩込みで計５時間。
いい運動でした。（帰ってビール飲むと、すぐ寝てしまいました・・・）

Weather forecast told me that it would be rainy days all this weekend,
but it was wrong for today; good sunny day, good for trekking!
So, we visited Rokko area again.

Starting from Ashiyagawa sta. through rock garden, arrived at Kazefukiiwa;
this was the same route last week.
However, we had a big surprise: "lots of Yama-girls!"
There were a lot of (young) girls who wore trekking style clothes.
Probably because of 3 consecutive holidays of this weekend.

After that, we reached Amagatoge after traversing Golf course (really!),
and conquered "Mt. Higashi-Otafuku" for about 5 hours trekking.
Got lost a little going back, but it was really nice exercise as usual.

六甲入門編 （Introduction to Rokko Trekking）

今週末は真夏のような日差しで快晴！
ちょっと暑かったんですが、職場の人たちと六甲トレックに行ってきました。

芦屋川駅からロックガーデンを経て、風吹岩を目指すコースで片道１～１．５時間程度
なんですが、結構急な登坂部分もあり、ちょっぴりきついけど達成感あり♪
人によっては結構こたえた（）ようですが、徐々に慣れていきますよ。
なんたって、小学生でも登れるんですから。
（まぁ、富士山も幼稚園児が登っていますが）

Great sunny day yesterday, so we visited Mr.Rokko with colleagues.

It was 1-1.5 hours trekking to the "Kazefuki-iwa," which gives us nice view of Kobe-city,
from Ashiyagawa-station on Hankyu-line through Ashiya Rock Garden.
Some parts were a little bit hard for beginners, but that hardness would have given them the sense of accomplishment, I guess.

At first, it might be hard.
But, soon they will get used to it.
Even elementary school boys/girls can do that...
