Tasting notes Color: garnet red with deep ruby reflexes
Bouquet liquorice, forest fruits, cinnamon, cherry, clove, strawberry, violet and green pepper.
Taste full bodied with a long final taste of mature fruits.
Food pairings great red meats, aged cheeses, game, truffle dishes, pure chocolate.
