A fresh-police-woman is now in the training on the street. It seems to me the man-policemen are all curious spectator of the young police girl. Too many number of police men on the road appeals to the drivers , who would stop their cars on the street without permission, give up to park their cars and run through out the street as fast as they can. I watch them and the empty street for half an hour. At last the training team give it up and go away.

サンマー麺 nouille de Sanmah

Sanmah noodle is my favorite hot noodle all through the four seasons.
Sanmah(生碼) is the Chinese words and means the fresh materials. At first it was a kitchen menu for cooks and workers in the Chinese restaurant in Yokohama.
The main material is sprout and the meat should be used with very little portion. Now the area where they can eat it is from the Kanagawa prefecture to the Shizuoka prefecture.

ナガオカのレコード針 Nagaoka

I find a sign board of nine letters in the windows of Shonan-Shinjuku line train. “Phonographic Needle Nagaoka.” It's a big name needle maker in the golden days of record players and disc. It soon disappears in my sight.
The price of the Nagaoka needles were not so cheap for the small purse of kid. I bought the cheapest one at first when I was eleven years old.

The cook laughs to say,”You ask me why I nameed this Gocha-bowl (random bowl). The reason is very simple. I choose the materials at random from this kitchen. Every meat and vegetables could get together only with eggs to be able to be eaten. Would you try it?”

Yes, I try it. It is a little salty, but the taste is not so bad.

B.maxima is called Koban-sou(small gold coin-grass)in Japan. It came from Europe in the 1990s as a garden grass. Now those have spread to all of Japan and become one of weeds. But I love watching these beautiful ears waving with the wind.
