椎茸原木作り

椎茸原木作りに参加しました。
電動ドリルで枯れ木に穴を空け椎茸の菌子を詰め込みます。
来年の秋には椎茸が生えるはずです。
これから一年半の原木管理が大変です。

我參加了製作香菇原木。用電動鑽頭在枯木上鑽孔，塞進香菇菌子。明年秋天應該會長香菇。今後一年半的原木管理很辛苦。

I participated in making shiitake mushroom logs.
We used an electric drill to drill holes in dead wood and fill them with shiitake mushroom spores.
Shiitake mushrooms should start growing next autumn.
Managing the logs for the next year and a half will be a lot of work.

蝶々との初出会い

今年初めての蝶々との出会いです。

木の葉の裏でじっとしているウラギンシジミ。

(学名:Curetis actua paraceta)

枯れ葉の上で日なたぼっこをするムラサキシジミ。

(学名:Narathura japonica)

春はまだまだ先です。

今年第一次和蝴蝶相遇。在樹葉背面一動不動的裏銀子灰蝶。

在枯葉上曬太陽的紫子灰蝶。

（學名： Narathura japonica)

春天還很早。

It is the encounter with the first butterfly this year.The angled sunbeam which keeps still in the back of the leaf.

The Narathura japonica which basks in the sun on a dead leaf.

It is a point still more in spring.

紅葉

紅葉真っ盛りです。

紅葉正盛。

Colored leaves are at the climax.

蕎麦つゆ仕込み

蕎麦つゆを仕込むには前日に次の三種類の材料を水に浸しておきます。

次にc.とd.を弱火で加熱します。

a.干し椎茸

c.煮干し

d.昆布

それから

b.味醂を沸騰させて蒸発するアルコールに火をつけます。

これらをすべて合わせてから秘伝の醤油を加えて味を調えます。

次の写真の鰹節を加え追い鰹をして蕎麦つゆの完成です。

さあ次はいよいよフードプロセッサーを使ってそば打ちです。

要準備蕎麥汁的話，前一天把下麵三種資料浸泡在水裏再做c。 和d。 用小火加熱。

a.幹香菇

c.煮幹

d.海帶

然後，然後

b.將甜料酒煮沸，點燃蒸發的酒精。

把這些全部加在一起，然後加入秘傳醬油調味。

加上下一張照片上的鰹魚幹，做了鰹魚，蕎麥汁就完成了。

接下來終於要用食品處理器做蕎麥面了。

I heat c. and d. which come after soaking three kinds of next materials into water on the day before to fit soba soup over a low heat.

a.Dried shiitake

Then

b.I set fire to the alcohol which lets 味醂 boil, and evaporates.

I add secret soy sauce after adding all these and fix the taste.

I add the dried bonito of the next photograph and chase it and have a bonito and am completion of the soba soup.

Well, the next is finally making soba using a food processor.

岩崎城と妙仙寺

名古屋市近郊の日進市にある岩崎城と妙仙寺へ行ってきました。

晩秋の柔らかい日差しに包まれてとてもきれいでした。

我去了名古屋市近郊日進市的岩崎城和妙仙寺。被晚秋柔和的陽光包圍著，非常漂亮。

I went to Iwasaki Castle and Myosenji temple in Nisshin-city in the suburbs of Nagoya-city.

It was surrounded by gentle sunlight of the late fall and was very beautiful.
