今日のお昼ごはんにみたらし団子を作りました。上新粉と白玉粉の二種類の米粉を混ぜて団子にしました。これを茹でて氷水で冷やしてから焼きました。庭で取れたニラの卵焼きと産直野菜市場で買ってきたツルムラサキのごま和えなども作りました。焼きたて自家製みたらし団子の美味しさは癖になりそうです。
今天的午飯做了御手洗團子。把上新粉和糯米粉這兩種米粉混合在一起做成了團子。我把這個煮後用氷水冷卻後烤的。還做了在院子裏摘下的韭菜煎蛋和在產地蔬菜市場買來的蔓藤香魚拌芝麻等。剛烤好的自家制禦手洗團子的美味讓人上癮。
