梅干し仕込み

二年ぶりに梅干しを仕込みました。お隣の人から青梅の実をこんなにたくさんいただいたからです。完熟直前で総重量5.3kgもありました、我が家にはこれが一度に全部入るような大きな容器はありません。

時隔兩年又開始做梅幹了。 因為從鄰居那裡得到了這麼多青梅的果實。 在熟透之前總重量有5.3kg，我家沒有一次全部放進去的大容器。

I fitted a pickled plum after an interval of two years. This is because the person of the neighbor gave a fruit of plam to me so a lot. As for the big container which this is all in at a time in my home which was 5.3 kg of gross weight right in front of full ripeness, there are none.

朴葉寿司

ホウノキの剪定をしたので大きな葉っぱがたくさん採れました。今朝はこの葉っぱに季節の具材を載せて朴葉寿司です。

因為修剪了胡枝子，所以捕獲了很多大葉子。 今天早上是在這片葉子上放上季節食材的朴葉壽司。

As I pruned Hohnoki a lot of big leaves were produced. It is the Hoba-sushi which put seasonal ingredients materials on this leaf this morning.

台湾油飯

ご近所様からサヤエンドウとスナップエンドウをこんなにたくさんいただきました。早速台湾料理の油飯を作りました。

油飯といっても油はほとんど使ってないからこれは肉粽と言った方が正しいかもしれません。

鄰居給了我這麼多豌豆和快照豌豆。 我馬上做了臺灣料理的油飯。雖說是油飯，但幾乎沒有用油，所以說這是肉粽子比較正確。

A neighbor gave a field pea and a snap pea to me so a lot. I cooked the oil meal of Taiwanese dishes promptly.

Because most of the oil does not use it even if they say an oil meal, as for this, meat rice dumplings and the which said may be right.

蓬だんご

①連日の初夏の日を浴びて育ちすぎた蓬です。

②先端の軟らかそうな新芽です。

③すり鉢でペースト状にされた蓬です。

④圧力鍋で蒸した米粉と混ぜた蓬餅です。

⑤丸めて串に刺してきな粉をまぶせば蓬だんごの出来上がりです。

①是在連日初夏的陽光下長大的蓬。

②是尖端柔軟的新芽。

③是用研缽做成糊狀的蓬。

④和用壓力鍋蒸的米粉混合的蓬餅。

⑤團起來插在扡子上撒上黃豆粉的話，蓬丸子就做好了。

①It is the mugwort which takes a day of the early summer of the day after day, and grew too much.

②It is the sprout which seems to be soft of the tip.

③It is a mugwort done into paste form with an earthenware mortar.

④It is the rice flour which I steamed with a pressure cooker and the mugwort-flavored rice cake which I mixed.

⑤If I round it and spit it and cover it with powder, it is the completion of the mugwort dumpling.

伽羅蕗

①我が家の庭のフキの葉がこんなに繁っています。

②これを刈り取って葉柄を塩揉みします。

③ゆでてから調味料と共に圧力鍋で10分煮ます。

④キャラブキの完成です。これをひとつまみでご飯を茶碗一杯軽くいけます。

①我家院子裏的胡枝子葉子這麼繁茂。

②把這個收割下來，鹽揉葉柄。

③煮好後和調味料一起用壓力鍋煮10分鐘。

④角色的完成。 這個一撮飯就可以輕鬆地吃一碗。

①Leaves of the giant butterbur of the garden of my home grow thick so much.

②I harvest this and I rub salt and do a leafstalk.

③I boil it with a pressure cooker with seasoning for ten minutes after boiling it.

④It is completion of KYARABUKI. I can eat rice with the pinch one cup of bowl in this easily.
